The story

EOS Technology Holdings was my first real seat at the table. It was a New York-based deep-tech holding company where I came in as a Business Development Associate and was handed the higher-education vertical to build from scratch. No inherited pipeline, no warm rolodex; just a phone, a thesis, and a list of provost offices.

Over two-and-a-half years I turned that into a nationwide partnership network, working cold and warm leads across diverse markets and converting them into long-term strategic relationships with universities, accreditors, and EdTech buyers. One of the integration projects I led on campus was picked up by Forbes, which gave the team national air cover for the rest of the higher-ed thesis.

The most consequential output, though, was the IP. I co-authored and filed a litigation-grade patent (Platform and Method for Tokenized Accreditation, US 2023/0274287) covering documentation of student accreditation on the blockchain. That patent is the technical bedrock VerifyU was eventually built on top of, and the reason this chapter, more than any other, set the trajectory for everything that came after.
